Pan-seared steak

Cooked up some pan seared steak today, and it turned out well. The way i made it is to first put an iron skillet in a 500 degree oven, I seasoned it, than seared both sides. Finished it off by sticking the steak back in the oven so the inside would cook. It tasted delicious with a crispy flaky outer layer and a moist inner layer.

Dolphin Adventure Ride

Pretty awesome day. Went to the sea life reserve near diamond head, swam with some sting rays and sharks their, I was nervous, but excited. The sting ray's basically were like under water cats, they would swim up to you and caress your leg as a cat would then lay around and sleep all day. swimming near a shark wasn't as bad as i thought. She was quite chill and kept to her own.

My Dolphin experience was a first time for me. smooth intellectual creatures they are. I had a blast so did my family. I felt like aqua man riding the belly of a dolphin, having that feeling like i am king of the sea. I could see myself holding a trident with a chariot of dolphins ruling the ocean with my powerful hands. haha. I learned a lot about dolphin hierarchy and communication there. Dolphins have scratches on there backs like tattoos as a sign of where they are at in the ladder of their group and the scratches come from their fellow dolphins jagged teeth.

I ended the day off with dinner at a shrimp shack and hit the hay for my next adventure tomorrow.

boating,bbq,and snorkeling

Got picked up at the Marriot, drove to waikiki harbor for a boat ride.The boat took me and my family across the waikiki strip giving us a beautiful vies of the city. Next, had some bbq that consisted of hot dogs and burgers, had a snorkeling tour where i saw sea turtles and fwent fishing and caught a whooper. Overall it was a very fun trip.

Today woke up, went to a free breakfast orientation, and set my week up for activities.My schedule goes a little like this, tomorrow a boat ride with bbq and snorkeling, the day after im going to swim with dolphin's, and to end it off kayaking and a dinner cruise. After the orientaiton I wen swimming all day and ate at a delicious buffet in the pacific beach hotel, all you can eat prime rib and king crab. Delicious. Ended the day off with walking the strip with a little window shopping.

My boy anderson silva came through for me in true anderson silva fashion. He is pound for pound the greatest fighter that ever lived. His movement is just effortless and his striking is so sharp. He is truly a one of a kind fighter. He knocks out Forest Griffen while backing up with his hands down. His striking evokes confidence and his swagger is that of a professional, some of the qualities i strive for as a fighter. Someday i will hope to attain that level of greatness in my life.

Let's see it's been three months since i last posted. well maybe i should start again. i am currently recovering from my knee surgery. it's been 3 weeks so far that means 5 more months till i could test my knee out and all together a year till i get back into fighting. i want to start doing triathlons since i can't fight. That would be amazing rehabilitation to get back into fighting shape. let's see things i gotta do apply for my classes, get a loan out of the bank, and start getting my ass back into the gym. ive gained like 15 pounds so far and i feel terribly unhealthy. I got beat up by a 98 pound ferocious little girl for God's sake. i really need to get my act together and finish what i started. If i don't i feel that my life will start spiraling downward into a dark abyss. well im praying i could do better for myself. there's a lot of things that must be done.

Skipped Class and Went to the Beach

Went to Santa Cruz today with my friends Lara and Amy. We decided to go out of impulse while we where chillen at the sjsu pool. So we packed our stuff and left.

When we got there we went sunbathing and swimming, ate some soft served ice cream and blew bubbles to make the world a better place.

Today i tarked around with my roomie eliseo, we met up with some guys from the sjf crew, and tarked some more.

After that i met up with my friends Lea and Christina. Taught Lea how to ride fixed while i pulled Christina on her Long board. Lea wasn't bad for a beginner she learned how to ride and clip-in faster than i did when i first started.But she was kind of hard to teach because she wasn't the most enthusiastic person to learn. But after she hopped on the bike she handled herself with class.

later we hit up the pool for some good old sun bathing and swimming.
To finish the day off i kicked it with Dong Ho and my neighbors Lara and Karen we went out to walmart to buy beer and chocolates.

Well i did something stupid last night. With a torn acl, my doctor spefically told me not to play basketball but i did anyway causing me to re-injure my injured knee. on the brighter side it was very beautiful out today so i went for a bike ride towards city hall. I chilled for a moment and gathered my thoughts.

It's Been a while since i updated. Been very busy with school. Well tonight was a great night for food. I made my Mom's famous BBQ ribs. Along with that My friend Christina made her Dad's three bean salad, and of course some steam rice.

So today I went to Valencia street in sf with Eliseo to pick up his brand new Bianchi Pista Concept(It's so Fresh!) While there my Roomies and Lara ate at Jay's Cheestakes. Then after that we headed over to Icee's place to watch the fight. Bj got smashed by GSP it was ridiculous.Lastly Me and the crew went tricking under Macquarrie.

A very productive day I would have to say.

Today I went to physio lecture got bored so me and Lea started doodling on my book. We came up with a dinosaur with headphones rocking out in the city with hot flaming fire breathe. haha that was by far the highlight of my day.

After, Curtis made some dinner. He made us some Pasta Roni and chicken strips. I also bought season 3 and 4 of The Office. And to end the day off there was a Root beer pong and free sushi at the DC.

We went to blockbuster and rented The House Bunny, Jesus Camp,American Beauty, and 16 Bars.After that we baked some Funfetti brownies at Lara and Karen's apartment. Then lastly I took a picture of my roomie Curtis's new Tat.

I Saw a Coyote!

Hey everyone wasn't it a nice day today. So I went out for a little Sunday golf.
The craziest thing happened at the driving range a coyote out of the blue starts walking across
the golf course. After that I went to Sonic burger to get an orange creme slush. mmmm!
Later on that night grilled some ribs and salmon.

Today me and Eliseo went to the legendary Iguanas, but we stopped at the bank first. It's where San Jose's Joey Chestnut devoured the Burittozilla, a massive burrito weighing 5 pounds, 14 inches.

After that we had a trick session under MacQuarrie Hall where we met up with some riders from SJfixed.

What's up guy's so i been doing a lot of research in kinesiology and i came across this movie Bigger, Stronger,Faster. This movie talks about how the media portrays steroids as bad when in reality they have their benefits. Interesting film go rent it.

So today i woke up and got breakfast at Peanuts with Eliseo, after that i rode to the World Market with my friend Esther to buy some Litchi gummies, then to top the day off i ended the night with a beer pong party.

Just got done with public speaking class.

My God that class was hard!!

I am just so relived that its over.

now i can do important things like learn how to ride a llama.

Or see how many starburst i could fit in my mouth.

Can't wait to go to SD with the Fam tomorrow. hopefully it turns out fun.

I'm seriously frustrated right now about my ear though. fuck Im Def!

Had a bummer Fight.

Had a fight today against this guy James. He was tuff i coulda taken him if i spent more time at the gym and less time sleeping. but oh well .

I got my butt whooped every round. i went for a take down on the first round and got taken down and choked out so i tapped.

Second round i was doin alright on stand up caught the due with a spinning backfist and a couple hard hits. then i went for a clinch. he took me down again and had me on mount i felt powerless and tired mentally and physically.

third round was all stand up i was doin alright caught him with 2 good super man punches. but then i kicked him wrong and had to fight the rest of the round with an injured instep. i needa watch out on how i kick. its very dangerous. haha.

well all in all i got my butt whooped. but its kool jus another experience to work on my mistakes. My foots killen me right now!! OUCH!! i can't even walk right.

all in all it was a productive day. gotta work on my speech on monday.

im sleepy. nap time.
