Pan-seared steak


Cooked up some pan seared steak today, and it turned out well. The way i made it is to first put an iron skillet in a 500 degree oven, I seasoned it, than seared both sides. Finished it off by sticking the steak back in the oven so the inside would cook. It tasted delicious with a crispy flaky outer layer and a moist inner layer.
